We have a new sign in the round window at Mendham Primary School and it looks amazing! Thank you to the very kind parent who made this for us Mr Driver and the #consortiumtrust Premises team who put it up for us.

Last week the whole school took part in the NSPCC Number day where we came to school as a digit or a rock star to link into #TTRockStars. We raised £20.50 for the charity.

Beech and Juniper had a fantastic visit to Beccles Royale Gymnastics Cub on Friday. We started the session with some stretches then learnt the steps to successfully be able to do a forward roll and a cartwheel. Afterwards, we split into groups and used a wide range of equipment including the bars, beams, air track, foam pit, spring board and vault. It was wonderful to see such determination and many new achievements.

Yesterday we had a visit from PC Harman to talk to us about staying safe online. PC Harman used resources from Pol-Ed the police services' online education platform to deliver an assembly to KS 1 and 2 in which he spoke about trusted adults, age limits for social media apps and why it is important to stick to them, safe use of technology and appropriate screen time linking this to suitable bedtimes! A huge thank you to PC Hassler from Suffolk Constabulary, who came to visit Seedlings and speak all about the role of a police officer. PC Hassler took the time to answer the many questions from our youngest children. The children enjoyed trying out the uniform and sitting in the police car. #SuffolkConstabulary
